This notice explains how we handle personal information sent through the enquiry form and the product request page on this website.

Who we are
VENDING247 LTD (Vending247 Ltd) is the controller for personal information collected on this site. Vending247 Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 14510709. Registered office: 144 Bracklyn Court, Wimbourne Street, London N1 7EJ.

What we collect
If you send an enquiry, we collect:
- your name
- work email address
- phone number, if you choose to give one
- venue or business name
- venue type
- town or postcode
If you ask for something to be stocked in a machine, we collect:
- where the machine is
- what you would like stocked
- any quick-pick categories you choose
- your name and email, if you choose to leave them for a reply
Our host also records technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, so the site can be delivered and protected from misuse. We do not use these forms to collect special category data, and we ask you not to include it. A preference such as vegan or gluten-free is treated as a stocking request, not as health information.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to reply, assess whether a location is suitable, and discuss fully managed placement, rental or purchase. We use product requests to decide what to put in a machine and, if you left contact details, to reply. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use these details for unrelated marketing.
Lawful basis
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). You contact us about a possible vending service, or about what a machine should stock, and we have an interest in responding. If we later agree a contract, we also use the details as needed to perform that contract and to meet legal obligations, such as keeping business records.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. If we cannot show compelling grounds to continue, we will stop.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact about that enquiry, then delete or anonymise them. We keep information for longer where a contract is in place or the law requires it, including ordinary accounting records.
Who we share it with
Enquiry emails are sent through our email provider so they reach the sales inbox. The site is hosted on Vercel and may be served through Cloudflare. Those providers process information for us so the site and the email can be delivered. We do not share enquiry details with other companies for their own marketing.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- provide a copy of your personal information
- correct it
- delete it
- restrict how we use it
- object to processing based on legitimate interests
Where a request relates to information you provided and we process it by automated means for a contract, you can also ask for that information in a portable format. You do not have to pay a fee for a reasonable request. We aim to reply within one month.

Complaints
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK regulator for personal information, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. Please contact us first if you are comfortable doing so, so we can try to put things right.
