Is a managed vending machine free?

Our current offer includes machine placement, installation and support at no cost for suitable locations. We assess each site before recommending a setup; rental and purchase are separate options.

What does Vending247 take care of?

For a fully managed placement, we discuss the right machine and range, arrange installation, replenish products and support the machine after it is in place.

Can the products suit our guests or members?

Yes. Tell us about your audience and preferences. We can discuss healthy snack options, fresh food and chilled drinks that fit the venue.

Is the machine available 24 hours a day?

The machine can provide 24-hour access to food and drinks where your venue allows people to reach it. We will discuss placement and access during the site assessment.

How do we know whether our site is suitable?

Start with a short conversation. We will ask about your location, available space, power access and the number of people likely to use the machine, then advise on the next step.

Do you also rent or sell machines?

Yes. If a managed placement is not the right fit, ask us about rental and purchase options. We will explain what is included before you decide.

How big is the machine, and how much space does it need?

A typical glass-front machine is roughly the footprint of a large fridge, with room to open the door and to service it. We confirm the space when we assess the site.

What power does it need?

A standard 13 amp socket. There is no need for a special electrical supply.

Who pays for the electricity?

The machine plugs into a normal socket, in a similar way to a domestic fridge. The site provides the power. We talk through what that means for you on the visit. We do not quote a figure before we have seen the site.

How often is the machine restocked?

As often as sales need. For most sites that is typically once a week, and busier sites are visited more often.

What happens if the machine breaks down?

Report it from the QR code on the machine, or send a message through the contact form. We come out and repair it.
