Practical questions
How big is the machine, and how much space does it need?
A typical glass-front machine is roughly the footprint of a large fridge, with room to open the door and to service it. We confirm the space when we assess the site.
What power does it need?
A standard 13 amp socket. There is no need for a special electrical supply.
Who pays for the electricity?
The machine plugs into a normal socket, in a similar way to a domestic fridge. The site provides the power. We talk through what that means for you on the visit. We do not quote a figure before we have seen the site.
How often is the machine restocked?
As often as sales need. For most sites that is typically once a week, and busier sites are visited more often.
What happens if the machine breaks down?
Report it from the QR code on the machine, or send a message through the contact form. We come out and repair it.
